An astute HR professional who unapologetically pursues excellence in all she does, Dionne Green is the founder of DG Consulting a premier career consulting agency. Dionne holds a bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, a MBA and is a certified HR Professional.

“Early in my career, I realized that I had to be assertive and forge my own path if I wanted to accomplish my goals. If that meant attending a training, taking on a stretch assignment or investing in a coaching program, I was always willing to do what was necessary to reach my goals.”
I assist my clients with crafting a vision for a life that is rooted in the things that matter most to them, providing support and accountability each step of the way. My approach includes one-on-one coaching conversations about the power of personal branding and bringing your full self into all that you do.
My mission is to empower my clients to identify their core skills, conquer limiting beliefs and imposter syndrome and develop a growth mindset that will allow them to reach their goals.
